Stop guessing. Start understanding your body. Put a plan into action.
For midlife women who are tired of stubborn weight gain, low energy, and confusing health advice. Combine comprehensive bloodwork, hair mineral analysis, and practical lifestyle coaching to build a healthier metabolism—one doable step at a time.
90 days of support · Initial HTMA + blood testing included · Optional continuation afterward
Maybe you've changed your diet, increased protein, cut calories, or started exercising—yet your weight, energy, sleep, or cravings still don't feel where you want them.
You're not looking for another list of rules. You're looking for a thoughtful assessment, a practical plan, and someone to help you follow through.
Review your history, symptoms, habits, bloodwork, and HTMA findings. We focus on established metabolic risk markers while treating hair mineral patterns as supplemental context—not a diagnosis.
Build a realistic approach to food quality, protein, meal structure, movement, stress, and sleep. These everyday decisions matter for body composition, glucose regulation, and long-term health.
Knowledge alone isn't a plan. We'll turn findings into specific actions, check progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and refine what you're doing across 90 days.

Depending on the selected panel, we can assess markers relevant to metabolic health such as fasting glucose or A1c, lipids, and other clinically appropriate measures. We interpret results with your health history, symptoms, and medical care.
Metabolic syndrome is evaluated using established measures including waist circumference, blood pressure, glucose, triglycerides, and HDL cholesterol.
HTMA provides a hair mineral and element profile that may prompt additional questions about nutrition or exposure. It has important limitations and is not a validated standalone test for diagnosing mineral deficiency, hormonal imbalance, or metabolic syndrome.
Any concerning result is interpreted cautiously and confirmed with appropriate clinical testing when needed.
Additional hormone testing, including DUTCH, is not included in the base challenge. It may be discussed separately when appropriate; it is not routinely required to evaluate perimenopause or weight gain.
Health-history review, initial testing, measurements, goal-setting, and an initial lifestyle strategy. Some lab results may arrive later and be incorporated as available.
Choose realistic nutrition, movement, hydration, and sleep actions. Focus on consistency, not perfection.
Review what is working, address barriers, and adjust the plan based on your response and preferences.
Review weight, waist, relevant health indicators, and habits. Celebrate meaningful progress and decide what continued support makes sense.
Includes initial HTMA and bloodwork, initial assessment, a personalized lifestyle strategy, and three months of coaching and progress reviews.
We want to reward meaningful, safely achieved progress. Eligible participants may earn up to $500 back when they meet the objective goals and participation requirements defined in their written challenge agreement.
Important: The exact measurements, eligibility rules, verification process, exclusions, and refund timing must be agreed upon before enrollment. Outcomes vary; no specific amount of weight loss or metabolic improvement is guaranteed.
Do not publish the refund offer until the written terms and substantiation for all advertised claims are finalized.
If you'd like continued guidance, you can choose an additional three months of coaching. At around six months, we'll discuss which follow-up measurements or labs are appropriate.
Continuation coaching and repeat testing are optional and billed separately. The $2,997 challenge includes only the initial HTMA and bloodwork.
It's a coaching and implementation program informed by your history and initial testing. Lifestyle habits—not test results alone—are the center of the work.
No. The challenge is designed for adults interested in improving weight-related habits and metabolic health. If you have a medical condition, we'll discuss whether the program is appropriate and what medical oversight is needed.
No. Hormone testing is considered individually and, when appropriate, is separate from the base package.
No. The price covers one initial HTMA and one initial bloodwork package. Any follow-up testing is selected based on your needs and billed separately.

My goal is to help you move beyond guessing and create a practical path toward better energy, weight management and metabolic health. We use appropriate testing to inform decisions, then focus on what makes the difference day to day: thoughtful nutrition, movement, sleep and consistent implementation.
